INTRODUCTION
Zueitina oil company intends to upgrade the marine shipping loading lines “Berths” to improve the operations of crude oil handling & exporting.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Conduct a marine study of the two shipping lines (Bravo Berth & Echo Berth) and its connected equipment in the Zueitina Terminal and submit a report showing the technical condition of the two berth lines and the estimated cost of the necessary development operations. The study must include surveying, examination and measurements for the marine berth lines and their accessories. The study must also include any necessary marine works, such as sea bottom tests and topographic surveys to extend the Bravo shipping line to a distance of not less than 1,000 meters, the study report must include illustrations of the development processes and the estimated cost for both berth lines.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Interested Companies intending to participate in the above Tender must satisfy the specified requirements hereunder and submit the required information below. Failure to submit any of the underlisted documents will result in disqualification.
Letter addressed to the Bids Committee Coordinator, stating expression of interest with brief discerption of the achievement and reputation and authorized representative.
Copy of Company Legal Registration in Libya, or details of Branch Office, Representative or Agent in Libya. Contractor’s License, Commercial Record, Tax Payment, Valid Chamber of Commerce Registration Certificate.
Company Profile with full details of similar Studies performed with relevant and verifiable Reference List of Clients where the works had been undertaken, Organization Chart, Engineering and Technical Staff, List of Equipment, along with clients Certificate for completed studies.
Literature/Catalogue of the entire range of work/service, equipment and any additional information that will enhance the potential of the applicant.
Submission of Financial Status document of the Company turnover for the last 3 years.
Zueitina Oil Company has the right to exclude any file that does not meet the above stipulated requirements without prior notice.

The prequalification documents shall be submitted no later than Sunday: 25th Dec 2023. Prequalification documents received will be evaluated by the Company Technical / Legal Personnel to select the successful Qualified Bidders.
